High Grade Cast Iron Structure
High Grade Cast Iron Structure
The base of the machine is made from a strong, wide cast-iron frame, ensuring better stability and vibration resistance compared to welded or fabricated frames.
The machine’s structure is built using solid cast-iron components, which absorb vibrations up to ten times better than steel. These castings have heavy internal ribs for added strength and stability. Each part is carefully inspected to ensure there are no defects.
Advanced simulation tools like ANSYS and NASTRAN are used to analyze and optimize the machine’s rigidity and stability.
The bottom of the column features a specially designed A-shaped structure for enhanced support and strength.
